Criminal Law
Criminal law in NSW is governed by a number of statutes of which the principal laws are in respect of Commonwealth offences: Crimes Act 1914 (Cth); and for NSW offences: Crimes Act 1900 (NSW).
The floor has members that regularly appear in the Local, District, Supreme Court, and the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal in relation to both State or Commonwealth offences.
